HOW TO APPLY

STEP 1: OUTLINE + FILL

Using light pressure, outline the shape of the brow and fill in sparse areas with Brow Definer. Blend as you go with the spoolie brush.

STEP 2: DETAIL

Using the fine tip of Brow Definer, apply
hair-like strokes in sparse areas, working in the direction of hair growth.

STEP 3: SCULPT & FINISH

Wipe off excess product on the Deluxe Mini Brow Freeze Gel applicator before applying, only a small amount is needed. Start with the long bristle side to comb and separate hairs. Next, use the short bristle side to shape and sculpt. For a laminated-effect, use the flat side in a pressing motion to lay brow hairs down flat.
